After the water dispenser in our old Maytag fridge decided to perpetually stay on, we were forced to disconnect its water line from the wall. The repair probably would’ve been costly to the 2010-circa model, but even the appliance experts couldn’t figure out what was causing it. So we opted to get a new model.
