The fifth and final season of Netflix’s cultural phenomenon Stranger Things has wrapped—the series that shot a young Millie Bobby Brown to stardom. The actor shared an emotional tribute to mark her final farewell to Hawkins, Indiana and her psychokinetic character Eleven.
In a video shared to social media, Brown is shown giving a tearful speech: “I am nowhere near ready to leave you guys. I love each and every one of you, and I’ll forever carry the memories and bonds we’ve created together as a family.”
A big day for Brown, who began the show age 12 and is now 20. Life’s happened fast—her beauty brand, Florence by Mills, is now half a decade in, she’s starred in and produced multiple projects including Enola Holmes and Damsel, written a debut novel, and been a Louis Vuitton ambassador. Oh, and she got married to Jake Bongiovi in May. With Christmas fast approaching, it’s an opportunity to decompress and take stock, especially as it’s their first holiday season as newlyweds.
And so styling choices should be kept simple and cozy. Photographed out in New York on a dog walk with Bongiovi the day of Stranger Things wrapping, the actor wore a quilted green barn jacket (a Fall favorite, among many), trainers, and plaid pajama pants. She went makeup free and wore her hair in a loose, low ponytail, with rectangular black sunglasses and a multi-colored beaded necklace. Bongiovi also kept it casual in a grey overcoat, jeans, and zip-up Louis Vuitton shirt. For their dog walk, both stayed true to iced coffees as a year-round commitment.
Their dog Winnie went simple too, with a pearly dog lead and pink rose on her collar.
Back in March, the actor broke down her calming skin care routine and easy date-night makeup look for Vogue’s Beauty Secrets, sharing the go-to products for keeping acne and redness away, and a perfectly dewy makeup base.
While it looks like the pair are in for a quiet and intimate festive break, 2025 will see Brown air the final season of Stranger Things and sci-fi movie The Electric State. She’ll also continue to develop projects including Enola Holmes 3, The Girls I’ve Been, and the feature adaptation of her book Nineteen Steps for Netflix.
