Mark Wahlberg Admits His Children Feel Sheepish About His Vintage Photographs
Mark Wahlberg prioritizes “alone time.”

“Provided I secure my eight hours of sleep, I’m ready to engage in my routine,” Mark confided to E! News reporter Keltie Knight during the McClaren F1 Vegas VISTA Experience. “Of late, I’ve been arising at half-past three. I prefer not to handle my personal affairs—like exercising, my period of prayer during the middle of the day, and then squeezing in a round of golf.”
However, the objective of his stringent schedule is to guarantee he can devote attention to his spouse Rhea Durham and their offspring: Ella, 20, Michael, 17, Brendan, 15, and Grace, 13. As Mark expressed, “I aim to complete these activities before the children are awake.”
Though, as part of his household agenda, he retires early—at 7:30 p.m. “We’ll partake in the evening meal,” Mark added, “and after ensuring the youngsters are settled—they retire whenever they wish to—I’ll start to watch TV and typically doze off during something.”
While his routine is unwavering, there are instances when Mark might start his day a tad later.
“I don’t wish to concede to a lack of self-control,” the The Departed luminary, and recent co-owner of Flecha Tequila, disclosed, “however, there are times I might linger in bed a bit longer. Nevertheless, I take Wednesdays and Saturdays as days of respite.”
Although his kin may not partake in his early rising ritual, qualities are clear in the lineage in several respects.
“Surprisingly, my daughter exhibits more discipline than myself,” Mark spoke about Grace, the young equestrian. “Such self-discipline came upon me in my 30s out of necessity due to my career. Yet she, on her volition, aspires to be an Olympian.”

“I used to believe Patriots competing in the Super Bowl was the pinnacle of anxiety,” he recounted, “compared to that, observing my daughter in equestrian events is an entirely different level.”
Michael, his elder son, is “keenly involved in MMA, jiu-jitsu, and muay thai at this time,” while Brendan “boasts that he surpasses me in thespian talents and will surpass any success I had.”
To facilitate such aspirations, Mark is “guiding him to embark on it presently.”
On the other hand, the 15-year-old has alternative pursuits he deems more enticing, “He’s significantly more fixated on video gaming.”
