In a Sunday discussion with Laura Kuenssberg at the COP28 climate conference, Ndileka Mandela expressed that the economically and legally powerful countries of the global north are dominating poorer nations, who are bearing the worst impacts of climate change.
"She further stated that Africa and the global south contribute the least to carbon emissions."
