Thankfully, there’s a 32% price cut that makes it available to those interested for a tempting $236.99. Its highlights include 165 Hz refresh, 1 ms latency, and 95% sRGB color gamut.
Although it has been released over three years ago, the 32-inch LG 32GN650-B Ultragear gaming monitor remains a relevant presence in its category on Amazon, with over 3,000 units sold in the last month. At the end of 2022, it was available for $266.99, a 33% discount from the $399.99 list price. Today, its list price is $349.99, and the ongoing 32% discount brings the 32GN650-B Ultragear to a rather attractive $236.99.
When talking about specs and features, some things might be missing, for example this monitor uses a VA panel, has no curve, and there are no USB ports present. However, it comes with a pair of HDMI inputs, DP, and a 3.5 mm headphone output. The resolution is 2,560 X 1,440 pixels, while the other essentials include 165 Hz refresh, 1 ms MBR response time (5 ms typical), 350 nits brightness, 3,000:1 typical contrast, and 95% sRGB color gamut. While support for AMD FreeSync is present, Nvidia G-Sync is not in the cards. The ability to use VESA mounts is also included in the list as an alternative to the monitor’s stand which sports adjustable tilt, height, and pivot.
Fortunately, the discount mentioned in the beginning does not apply to a high list price that hasn’t been used for years. According to Camelcamelcamel, the LG 32GN650-B Ultragear reached its all-time low less than a month ago, when it dropped to $226.99. The all-time high of $399.99 was recorded in late February 2021, and the average price currently sits at $299.17. Taking all these into account, one can easily conclude that the ongoing deal is one worth checking out. LG US also has this monitor listed for $239.99.
Since last year, the LG 32GN650-B Ultragear received an additional 300+ user reviews on Amazon. The global rating remains a good 4.6/5, but the amount of perfect scores dropped from 80% to 78%. The breakdown by feature is very simple, with a 4.4/5 for value and 4.3 across the remaining three attributes, namely gaming, picture quality, and brightness.
