The year 2023 has been marked by the loss of several prominent figures, and Jacky-Oh’s untimely death ranks at number 14 on this unfortunate list.
The details surrounding Jacky-Oh’s surgery included that she underwent a “mommy makeover,” specifically a “gluteal augmentation procedure,” on May 30. However, post-surgery, she experienced severe headaches described as a burning sensation, which prompted her to seek medical assistance.
Recognizing the severity of the situation, she sought emergency medical assistance and was subsequently hospitalized.
Tragically, she passed away before midnight on May 31. It was then revealed that Jacky-Oh had been prescribed antibiotics, pain relievers, and medication to prevent nausea and vomiting following the surgery.

Her toxicology report shows no evidence of illicit drugs, alcohol, or tobacco consumption. The death of the Wild ‘N’ Out star was determined to be accidental, resulting from complications arising from cosmetic surgery.
