On Halloween night, a guest segment with a parapsychologist goes awry when she presents the subject of her book, a girl who is the sole survivor of a Satanic church’s mass suicide.

It may not be horror in the spooky sense, but Godzilla and Kong are two notable horror icons teaming up in this upcoming action flick. After the success of Godzilla vs. Kong (and following up on Apple TV+’s Monarch series), Warner Bros. is back with another entry in the MonsterVerse franchise. Rebecca Hall, Bryan Tyree Henry, Dan Stevens, and Kaylee Hottle are set to star.

We had high hopes Hunter Schafer’s Cuckoo would appear in 2023, but the odds are looking good for a 2024 release. According to Bloody Disgusting, the film is set for a theatrical release in May! The plot is under wraps, but there’s a trailer out now, teasing a weird and potentially gory story.

Lupita N’yongo, Joseph Quinn, and others, the film will serve as a prequel detailing the beginning of the world’s strange and terrifying monsters. It follows a family who meets another on vacation, and soon after receives an invitation to stay in a remote house with them. As both families get to know one another, it becomes clear they don’t know each other nearly as well as they thought.

Set between the events of Alien and Aliens, this newest entry in the long-running horror franchise stars Isabela Merced and Cailee Spaeny, will be directed by Evil Dead (2013)’s Fede Alvarez, and Ridley Scott himself told Alvarez that the movie is great. We don’t know much more than that, but we’re hopeful it’ll be a solid horror flick.

35 years after the original Beetlejuice (yes, it’s been that long), there’s a sequel on the way. Beetlejuice 2 will star Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder, along with a new addition to the film: Jenna Ortega. That’s all we know for now, but it’s sure to be an exciting 2024 release.

After the major box office success of Saw X, there’s of course a sequel on the way. We really don’t know anything more other than a tentative release date, but here’s hoping franchise mainstay Tobin Bell will return.

NEON has already released a few teasers for the film which are truly engrossing and chilling.

This slasher sounds like a winner for fans of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The film follows a serial killer who stalks a group of teens in the Ontario wilderness. We don’t have anything by way of a date as it’s a Sundance release, but expect to hear more about the film later this year.
