AB Flaunts New Grill
BoxingNews24 reports that the intense boxing match sparked discussion after Adrien Broner lost his teeth when he was dropped by a left hand from Blair Cobbs. However, on Sunday, Broner revealed his new smile through a video on his Instagram Story. The update comes shortly after AB posted a photo of himself sitting in a dentist’s chair, showing off his missing teeth.
Per Bleacher Report, AB struggled from the start of the fight, hesitating to throw punches in the first round and appearing far less engaged than Blair Cobbs.
Broner’s lackadaisical approach backfired in the second round when Cobbs hit him with a vicious left hand, ultimately leading him to lose a few teeth.
While speaking to YSM Sports Media, trainer Greg Hackett said Adrien Broner’s downfall in his loss to Blair Cobbs stemmed from his reluctance to throw punches.
“He wasn’t letting his hands go. He was just trying to beat him up, and I think that came from the disrespect of Blair’s style. Everybody is saying Broner should chill. If he’s not going to dedicate himself to training, he should chill. But if he’s going to be serious about it…Broner may not be what he once was, but he’s still Broner,” Hackett explained.
BoxingNews24 further revealed that it remains unclear whether Broner intends to continue his 16-year career following his latest defeat. This loss marks his third one in his last six fights.
