Patrick Mahomes Gets ‘BDay Cuddles’ From Bronze to Celebrate Turning 29

Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes have embraced their roles as parents after welcoming children Sterling and Bronze.

The couple, who started dating in high school, got engaged in August 2020 after Patrick’s Super Bowl LIV win earlier that year. One month after the quarterback proposed, the pair announced that Brittany was pregnant with their first child.

“Mom and Dad, taking a small detour to the wedding,” Brittany captioned the September 2020 social media upload, while her then-fiancé captioned a post of his own with a heart emoji.

Patrick and Brittany welcomed daughter Sterling in February 2021. They proceeded to tie the knot in March 2022 and three months later, the twosome announced baby No. 2 was on its way. Their son, Bronze, was born in November 2022.

In July 2024, Brittany and the Kansas City Chiefs player revealed they are expecting baby No. 3. “Round three, here we come,” read the pair’s joint announcement.

Sterling made her Instagram debut from the hospital.

“Happy Easter,” Brittany captioned a family photo.

Patrick was all smiles during his first Father’s Day.

Brittany pumped breast milk while on a boat with her fiancé and daughter.

The athlete documented his “family vacation” via Instagram with Brittany and Sterling.

The mother-daughter pair posed during a summer swim.

Sterling visited her dad at training camp in August 2021.

“1st Thanksgiving with Ster Girl 🦃 ,” Brittany wrote via Instagram alongside a family photo from the holiday. “Extra thankful, Happy Thanksgiving everyone😘.” Sterling was dressed in a Burberry tee, jumper and sneakers that matched her mom’s Burberry top.

Sterling “officially completed her [Kansas City] Sports Tour” with a soccer match.

Brittany and Sterling sported matching outfits while cheering Patrick on during a playoff game against the Buffalo Bills.

The pair rocked red outfits at the Chiefs’ January 2022 playoff game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

“My ❤️ turns 1 today! Daddy loves you,” Patrick wrote via Instagram on February 20.

“Ready to roll,” Mahomes captioned an Instagram Story selfie with Sterling ahead of the Masters golf tournament.

The couple announced they are expecting baby No. 2 via a joint Instagram post in May 2022. One of the sweet pregnancy announcement photos — which they captioned “Round 2!” — features Sterling wearing a white T-shirt emblazoned with the words “Big Sister,” along with a rainbow and a heart.

After announcing her second pregnancy, Brittany soaked up some quality time with her firstborn. “She loves watching her daddy play golf. She had so much fun, and was such an angel! 😍🤍 I posted not a single thing yesterday, cause I was keeping up with this girl 😂😂,” the expectant mother gushed via Instagram.

The family of three enjoyed a beach day.

“About that time to bring Red back to the timeline,” Patrick captioned a family photo of the trio wearing the colors of the Kansas City Chiefs.

“Sterling Skye, I sure love being your Mama💕,” Brittany captioned a snap with her baby girl.

“Ster girl stayed up past her bedtime to surprise her Daddy!!” Brittany wrote via Instagram alongside several adorable photos of Sterling — wearing a red tutu and a denim jacket featuring the quarterback’s number —  on the sidelines at a Kansas City Chiefs game. She added that it was the toddler’s “first time on the field to see him and shared a sweet video of a delighted Patrick kissing her on the cheek.

Sterling wore a pink Chiefs shirt with her dad’s number and cheered him on while watching TV in September 2022.

At just one month old, Bronze attended a Kansas City Chiefs game to cheer on dad alongside sister Sterling and Brittany.

Sterling wore a “daddy” onesie as she cheered on Patrick during a Chiefs game.

Sterling celebrated her 2nd birthday with a “Two Sweet” party.

The birthday girl snuggled up to her baby brother hours before turning 2.

The Mahomes family gathered outside and enjoyed some quality time together in front of an outdoor playset.

The family of four all wore orange while celebrating Easter.

Both Sterling and Bronze were in the suite at Arrowhead Stadium as Taylor Swift joined Brittany and uncle Jackson Mahomes to cheer on the Chiefs.
