100+ Best Black Friday Beauty Deals I’ve Ever Tested

UPDATED: November 30, 8:31 AM—As the resident beauty expert among my friends and family, I am trying hard to field all requests for the best Black Friday beauty deals 2024. Everywhere I turn, someone is asking what to buy. Every year, I somehow forget how big Black Friday is on the shopping calendar. Black Friday and Cyber Monday has turned into a holiday in its own right; so much so that many look right past Thanksgiving to plan their buys ahead of time (or to scroll in between dinner and dessert!). And honestly, some of the best deals started earlier this week, rewarding diligent deal-hunters and early-bird holiday gift shoppers with coveted beauty sets and savings that come around only once a year.

Here are my top recommendations for the best Black Friday deals: Now’s the best time to find Dyson hair tools on sale, like the the Supersonic hair dryer or Airwrap multi-styler—ideal for someone shopping Vogue’s top gifts list—while they’re at $100 off. If you’re in the mood for an advent calendar, you can score these festive boxes with markdowns at top retailers—earning you additional savings as opposed to just buying all the cosmetics bundled. Speaking of retailers, Nordstrom, Bluemercury, and Amazon aren’t the only places to discover deals (though of the latter, Vogue shopping writer Concetta Ciarlo has curated her own shopping list of Amazon beauty sale must-haves not to miss on sale—there’s Bioderma and Embryolisse there, naturally). Many of Vogue‘s favorite beauty brands—from Westman Atelier to Currentbody—are having their own sitewide deals. Merit, home to celebrity and editor-adored makeup and skincare finds, has a sale so good (20% off!) we had to give it its own article.

When we saw that Bluemercury was offering a tiered sale, we knew we had to jump on the deals. Basically, get 20% off orders $200+, 25% off orders $800+, and 30% off orders $1,500+ through Cyber Monday. Of the most impressive offerings is La Mer’s Holiday Minis set comprised of the original Crème de la Mer, a hand cream, and a hydrating face lotion. Makeup lovers will delight on Pat McGrath Labs deals (I’m eyeing the blush stick as a stocking stuffer) and markdowns on Chantecaille’s creamy eyeliner. This Nordstrom sale is almost too good to be true! Neiman Marcus’s Black Friday sale is here! Score up to $500 off new regular-priced collections with code THANKFUL. Even the sale section is on sale, too, with up to 75% off. This means, you can get some unheard of deals on the industry’s most-after brands. Where else can you get $70 off Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s Baccarat Rouge 540, $9 off Aesop’s fragrant hand soap, or $25 off Oribe’s entire Gold Lust collection?

Amazon

In my opinion, Amazon is the place to go if your Cyber Week shopping strategy involves stocking up on your routine essentials. For example, replenish your bottle of Aveeno’s Daily Moisturizing lotion which will keep your hands, legs, and elbows moisturized all winter long. it’s a similar story for L’Oréal’s hyaluronic acid serum—known to expertly boost skin’s hydration levels after just one use. There are quite a few great device and gadget options on sale too: from the Dyson Airwrap to the Hailey Bieber-approved Medicube radiance device—when I tested it, I found that my skin appeared more glowy.

Currentbody

Home to some of our favorite red light therapy gadgets (and many of our most-recommended beauty tools as part of its larger marketplace), Currentbody is offering a Black Friday sale worth writing home—and in Vogue—about. While there is not a sitewide discount, you can save on select bundles. Westman Atelier is one of those beauty brands that Vogue editors have gravitated towards since its 2018 launch. That’s because we love, and wholeheartedly trust, founder and acclaimed makeup artist Gucci Westman (who even taught editor Jessie Heyman to do her makeup for her wedding).
